- Abstract
- Hypomelanosis of Ito is a rare sporadic neurocutaneous disorder. CNS abnormalities are observed in more than 50 % of the sases. A case of hypomelanosis in a 2 year old girl is reported. MRI is unusual in the fact that it shows symetrical abnormalities: non-obstructive hydrocephalus, mega cisterna magna and multiple white matter lesions.
