(en) [Health-care networks are puzzled over how to manage chronic pain patients] Care management for people suffering from chronic pain is complicated by numerous factors that can blur our usual landmarks: the complexity and circularity of physiopathogenical mechanisms of chronic pain; the necessity, as well as the difficulty, of networking and interdisciplinarity; the integration of information and communication technologies; the confusion between different public health concepts; last but not least - the impossible conciliation between a badly funded activity and the expectations of hospital managers
