- (de) [The locus of control in relation to absenteeism and / or abandonment in a Mental Health Service] Objectives: Discussion on the evaluation of a model of intervention about the situations of intrafamily sexual abuse in the specific context of French-part of Belgium. Until now, the informed health professionals of a situation of sexual abuse on newborn are not held ipso facto to transmit information to the legal authorities. Method: The authors specify the contextual framework by developing the historical aspects of the installation of teams specialized in the evaluation and the treatment of situation of sexual ill-treatment children. The principal prospect is to develop the elements which argue the reasons to be of the legal framework who surrounds the typical locations as well as complexity of the structures which are implied there. Results: The article focusses on the repercussions as well positive as detrimental on the child and his socio-family entourage of what we call a “not systematic judicialization”. We have the results in the shape of a brief enumeration of the advantages and shelves of a positioning societal. Conclusions: The authors invite the professionals concerned with an unceasingly renewed creativity and handingover in question with a view to bringing to the sexually maltreated child and to his entourage the best possible accompaniment.
