- (en) [The teenager author of brotherly incest: stakes and clinical marks] For number of clinicians, the behavior diverting teenagers sexual transgressors joins in a frank psychopathology. The transgressive act in the reality of the facts, can translate développementaux hazards even an adolescent crisis. Concerning the etiopathogénic understanding, an integrative perspective taking into account the complexity of factors in set is more and more recognized as relevant at the moment. Diverse readings can be also realized from the clinical practice, that they are sociological, psychological or still psychoanalytical. They are various types of personality’s functioning who underlie the disorders of the sexual transgressive act. conducts to act it. It is thus good the heterogeneousness of the meanings to give to the act that there is good reason to consider. From there ensues a multiplicity of the possible points of view to define and estimate the excessive character of a behavior. Although it is there, these considerations support the necessity of realizing a rigorous evaluation to propose, in the great majority of the cases, a therapeutic accompaniment. Here, we have to pay attention on the emergence of two elements-key, worth namely the awareness and the fact of assuming its responsibilities
