(en) The article examines the relationship between reconciliation and
salvation in Romans, asking whether these aspects are concomitant
or take place in two distinct stages. To do this, it carries out a
grammatical and semantic analysis of chapter 5 to understand how
reconciliation and salvation interact. This analysis is echoed in the
commentary on the same text by Jeanne Gyon, a 17th-century French
mystic. The aim is therefore to offer an original perspective on
Pauline theology of reconciliation through Madame Guyon's
mystical approach.
