Abstract
By expressing ideas or posting comments and ratings on crowdsourcing platforms, users have transitioned from being passive consumers of content to dynamic contributors; they are generating ideas in ways that can be used by companies. In this context, users not only receive and/or post content but also perform a sort of unpaid activity. In this research, we explore the articulation between playing and working using the digital labor theoretical framework.
