Abstract
Mueller's theorem supplemented by factorisation and SU(3) symmetry at the vertices pi pi and KK macr , is used to study the target fragmentation region of the inclusive reactions /b a/+/b b/ rarr pi +X, /b a/+/b b/ rarr pi + pi +X. Relations among the inclusive cross-sections of pi +/b b/ rarr /b c /+X and K+/b b/ rarr /b c/+X and of pi +/b b/ rarr pi + pi +X and K+/b b/ rarr pi + pi +X are derived (/b b/=/b p/, /b n/, or /b d/).
