Abstract
(en) The majority of analyses on globalization tend to deal with the question of globalization from the angle of one or other of the factors privileged by the observers, which gives a primarily one-dimensional character to the whole research. The present contribution aims to somewhat clarify the concept of globalization and specify some of the challenges that this phenomenon raises for the State facing a crisis of transformation. This papers is based on the working hypothesis that globalization can be considered as multifaceted (cfr. for example Arjun Appadurai, 1996).
