Abstract
Describes the principal diagrams of impedance bridges, which use a voltage transformer or a current transformer. Stresses the versatility, simplicity and accuracy, of these devices in comparison with the classical bridges. Two particular applications are considered: high voltage capacitive measurements and low impedance measurements.
