- This note summarizes the key findings for the think-tank #4. As a Summit Delegate, I summarized think-tank #4 ideas around the following topic: Elaborating on the stakeholders to be involved from a political, economic and experts resources perspective for a better inclusion of women. This note reflects on the challenges to be addressed in order to increase the number of women in key creative positions. We therefore focus on the sub-national level. We also discuss negotiation related processes as well as power issues.
