- During the recent decades, the use of new medically assisted procreation techniques allowed to combine homosexuality and homosexual parenting. The lesbians mothers, since the very beginning of their desire for children are often faced with a lack of models and references by the dominance of the heterosexual norm towards the constitution of the couple and the family. In this difficult context in which pins are to be created, this article puts forward a practical support for women living in couple with or wishing children, referring to the structural approach of Salvador Minuchin. The therapist uses his own ingenuity and the one of the family system to capture the internal logic and structure of the family in its unique and unusual features.
