Abstract
(en) [The role of autotransplantation in the loin pain-haematuria syndrome] We report on a case of loin pain hematuria syndrom (LPHS) in a 29-yearold woman who eventually underwent right renal autotransplantation. The diagnosis was made less than 1 year prior. In a first step, a rational attitude was given preference based on optimal pain management using algology, in addition to psychotherapy. Yet this case prompted us to consider performing a renal autotransplantation, a procedure previously performed successfully on another case in our hospital and recommended by several authors.
