Abstract
Recent efforts in the field of thrombin inhibitor research have focused on the identification of pyrazinone-containing compounds. In this manuscript we describe the synthesis of the new pyrazinones 12-36. All the targets were fully characterised and screened for serine protease inhibition. © Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
