Abstract
A laser spectroscopic method is used in order to measure the angular distribution of the metastable atoms in the charge-transfer process H+ + Cs to H(2s)+ Cs+ in the energy range 200-2000 eV. The results extend the measurements of Pradel et al. (1979).
