- Abstract
- (en) Identity and conversion are the two keys of the historical understanding and of the ecclesiological interpretation of the Groupe des Dombes. At some point of its itinerary, the simple doctrinal agreement, alone, has appeared inoperative in order to open the way to the Unity. The critical consciousness, made possible by the sense of history, was necessary in order to acknowledge the "peccability" of historical Churches and make their transformation possible.
