(en) [Family care. Sense, piloting, holding] What is « family care » ? Analysing our practices, we notice three dimensions : to seek sense (understanding), to pilote (elaborating and deciding) and to hold (welcoming and sustaining). These three dimensions are illustrated with team members interventions : a social worker, an educator and a psychologist. Then, a link is made with concepts brought by Pierre Delion : phoric function as holding, semaphoric function as piloting and metaphoric function as seeking sense.
