Abstract
To evaluate the efficacy of selective tibial neurotomy in the treatment of spastic equinovarus foot by comparing it with botulinum toxin injections. Selective neurotomy consists in a partial section of the motor nerves innervating spastic muscles and is considered as a permanent treatment of focal spasticity
