- We look in this communication to obtain a two exponential model of solar cell using as data only nominal values supplied by the manufacturer: open circuit voltage, short circuit current, voltage and current corresponding to the peak power. Obtained solution contains still an arbitrary degree of freedom which will be used to better taking account of the temperature influence. Résumé – Nous cherchons dans cette communication à obtenir un modèle de cellule solaire comportant deux exponentielles, en utilisant comme seules données les valeurs nominales fournies par le fabricant : tension à vide, courant de court circuit, tension et courant correspondants au point à puissance nominale. La solution obtenue comporte encore un degré de liberté arbitraire qui pourra être utilisé pour mieux rendre compte de l’influence de la température.
