Abstract
Multimodal, structured and collective physical activity improves impairments, activity limitations and social participation in the community. Socio-cultural activities also bring a better involvement in social tasks, Collective training (CBCS) is motivating, feasible and easy to implement in the community. It can be similar to community-based rehabilitation and beneficial to those who do not have access to conventional therapy.
