Abstract
(en) This article aims at deepening the scientific project of the sociology of enterprise, by enlarging its objects (questioning social justice) and paying attention to non-western worlds (Vietnamese organisations). Through a qualitative research on vocational training, our article examines the “justifications” that social actors put forward to speak about social justice at the workplace. It concludes on the importance of a contextual and processual approach of social justice, thus coming back to one of the most important results of the sociology of enterprise: local realities, everywhere in the world.
